Right now, CN is airing the top 5 episodes of Codename: Kids Next Door, as chosen by the show's creator, Mr. Warburton. #5 is Operation: A.R.C.H.I.V.E., the show's parody of The Animatrix's Second Renaissance, along with B-side Operation: S.L.U.M.B.E.R. I wonder what's next, since A.R.C.H.I.V.E. was such a good episode.:)

EDIT: The next on the list is Operation: F.L.A.V.O.R. Original prediction of S.L.U.M.B.E.R. was based on Wikipedia's listing of the episodes.

Have you ever noticed every episode stands for some Juvenal codename?

I never understood A.R.C.H.I.V.E. Is it just an Animatrix parody, or is this the true origin of adults in their world?

No clue.

I know there are so much contradiction in the series run after this episode. Like Father being a kid as shown in Operation ZERO which aired eariler in the marathon today. The only thing they kept consistance was Father design outside of his power suit.

Before I ramble, I just accept it as the parody to that section in the Animatrix.

LOL at Numbuh 1 and 2 thinking that a bra was Battle Ready Armor and in the end turn out to be true. That episode crack me up expecially when Creed is beating up Numbuh 1.

#4- Operation: S.U.P.P.O.R.T. and Operation: I.-S.C.R.E.A.M.

As for how A.R.C.H.I.V.E. fits in to the whole KND universe, I say it fits in, since Numbah 1's dad (aka Numbah 0) brought about the seventh age of KND, it can explain how it was formed while parodying one of the better moments of The Matrix saga. It can also explain why "Father" was in it, since that Father may have been an ancestor to the Father and Grandfather we know and love, explaining their love of being a shadow.

Wasn't "Operation: I.-S.C.R.E.A.M." the first episode aired as a series?

Speculation or whatnot, but perhaps Father is of the situation that "there always was a Father". However, as for A.R.C.H.I.V.E., I've always considered it as bits and pieces of the truth in the Codename: Kids Next Door universe. I also feel that some of it's attempts were to reach a darker level in the series that until then wasn't explored and afterward wouldn't be again.

Actually, it's Episode 2a. The first episode was "No P in the OOL" (the Big Pick winner), the Kenny and the Chimp short (done by the same people), and the very first C.A.K.E.D. mission.

Also, countdown continues:
#3- Operation: G.R.O.W.-U.P.
#2- Operation: F.O.O.D.F.I.T.E. and Operation: P.I.N.K.E.Y.E.

On another note, I am enjoying the metal of the Sandwich song.

#1. Operation: C.A.K.E.D.-F.O.U.R., I guess Mr. Warburton likes the C.A.K.E.D. episodes.

I wonder with all of the C.A.K.E.D. episodes, they should take place a year a part from each other. If that is the case, the characters should age faster.

Unless the Delightful Children From Down The Lane, have five individual birthdays per year. I doubt they were born on the same day, they are not really related, even though they act as one person.

Another note, how is Father able to get kids to work for him besides the DCODTL, there are some kids that work for him, and they are not Delightfultised, they are working out of their own free will for Father. I guess he promisses them a slice of the informous cake.

All right! I love this episode! It's my favorite of the C.A.K.E episodes.
Though I haven't seen the fifth one.

I was about to acknowlegded it as KND Propoganda like the whole Cold War Conflict. But that didn't come towards me until later in the day.

Yeah, I think Operation ARCHIVE wasn't 100% either, too many contradictions for it to be totally true, including the finale (growing up in the KND universe is apparently a disease, so kids couldn't have possibly just created adults.)

Could be that their creation is the result of a disease.

Note that I have not seen every episode and A.R.C.H.I.V.E. in a long time?

It is just a praody. On another forum someone asked Mr.Warburton if it was real and he said no.

Thats what I always figured. The Delightful Children torture the kids more by having five birthdays a year. So really only one Year Past for six CAKED episodes.

Also even if ARCHIVE was real it would be real for the "First Generation of Kids next Door." Numbah Zero started the Kids next Door back up for the sixth time if I'm not mistaken. And Also Fathers Power seems to be heritatary and that he's just related to the original Father.

That makes sense now that I think about it.
