Isn't that set a little old for a new review. It did come out in June.

Better late than never.. :)
I have yet to get this, but I will.. also, I wonder why they did skip the late 60's version, especially since they did already put out the Superman 60's stuff (except for Superboy-- boo, lawsuits)..

Does anyone know why they bothered having Brainiac if his character design was so different from the cartoon or comics? Why not just have him be an original character with an original name?

Any one have any reviews? I haven't picked this one up yet & what I remember most about it from when it first aired was how much I hated Bat-Mite. (& I was like 9) It seems like there were a lot of made up villians, too. I remember a bubble man who lived under water & looked just like Prof. Pat Pending.

Of course Warner still has no word on releasing the 1968 Batman cartoons on DVD/Blu-Ray this year or next.

Blu-Ray is still a very new technology. It's going to be a while before we get a whole bunch of shows on Blu-Ray. In any event, there's not going to be a vast library of old cartoons available on Blu-Ray within the next 2 years. If the medium lasts long enough, they'll logically want to put the newest stuff on it first.
