Here's one I'm kinda proud of. It's Black Adam from SHAZAM! Currently he's seen with the JSA but I just don't trust him.

Wow, that's great. I don't read comics, but I read up about Black Adam before. Wasn't he a bad guy before, but he's a member of JSA now?

You are correct. While I don't think he's an official member of the JSA, he is hanging out with them. According to the Power of SHAZAM graphic novel, Theo Adam is the person who murdered Billy (and Mary) Batson's parents. He eventually got the power of SHAZAM by merging with Teth Adam (the wizard Shazam's chozen one in ancient Egypt). Apparently, Theo contracted a brain tumor and now has far less influence on the Black Adam persona. At least thats what we've been told.

You'd thing getting hit by lightning over & over would kind of ward off disease. Go figure.
