You may, or not may not, remember my mug from this year's downtastic "Aliens Vs Predator: Requiem"! Yes, that film that built your hopes up then gave you a swift kick in the happy sacks in return!
And for a change I'm going to be, the HOST! Do you see what I did there? Another chest-buster gag. Man, I'm on a run tonight - wait till you hear my mother-in-law routine!
Well, look at you all! What a crowd! You're all looking great today.
Hey love - is that an embryonic xenomorph stickin' out of your chest or you just pleased to see me?
Seriously, seriously - as host to the 2007 "The Best and Worst Entertainment" thread, I know I have a tough act to follow, I mean, King Kong in 2005 (http://forums.toonzone.net/showthread.php?t=157583), man he could have seriously stepped on some xenomorph ass, you know? Now that's one doozy I wouldn't want to have to drag back to the missus' hive if you know what I'm saying? Yeah? Yeah? You know what I mean, I know you do!
Okay, so let's look at the year we had - wow, what a load of films we had - my blood is just a sizzlin' at the thought of all the explosions, action and more explosions we've seen!! Though I guess it's only fair to say my blood sizzles no matter what the cinematic quality is like! Yeah, you know what I'm sayin' baby - I've got blood that would fry your fryin' pan!
So think back to all those GREAT films!!! Transformers, Aliens Vs Predator: Requiem, Knocked Up, 300, Beowulf, Aliens Vs Predator: Requiem, Superbad, Mr Bean's Holiday, Aliens Vs Predator: Requiem, Rush Hour 3, I am Legend, Ratatouille, Aliens Vs Predator: Requiem and of course, not forgetting, Aliens Vs Predator: Requiem!
How about some of those FANTASTIC TV shows??? Any mentions to Heroes? Or Doctor Who? The Wire? How about Monk? (I love that show, it's a HIVE of activity round my pad when that show's on!!!), Battlestar Galactica - how did you like the TV movie?
How about the Entertainment goss? Britney shaving her locks off (man you wouldn't see me gettin' rid of mine!!), The Writer's Guild Strike? The Paul McCartney drama?
What bugged you in 2007? Come on, tell me what's infesting your pants and making you hop with fury - I REALLY want to know!
Music? What turned your tail? What made your inner mouth go all stiff and erect? Come on, give us the lowdown on the beats that rocked your acid socks off! The Radiohead Internet release? The lack of Michael Jackson?
What you looking forward to in 2008? Another Aliens Vs Predator movie? Indiana Jones? X-Files 2?
Okay, I'm about to HUG ya and leave ya, but have a look at the list and see what you think were the BEST and WORST of 2007!

Wow, you're a tough crowd. I can see why Kong hit the pills. Well I'm off to try and knock up some town folk if you know what I mean (I know you do!!), and maybe wait on for that call from FOX green-lighting another one of my movies. We've done Christmas Day, maybe we'll get an egg splittin' Easter in 2009!
