Help with IGPX Pictures

I've been looking around for some good IGPX pictures to use for my avatar... but I can only seem to find big ones that are over 12KB. so could anyone help me size them down so the files aren't so large?

I cropped the smaller ones a little bit, because the whole picture resized looks almost totally unrecognizable at 80 X 26.
