The penultimate episode of Darkplace is here.

After all the nonsence they've gone though the last month, the crew of Darkplace Hospital thought they were though the worst of it.

Ladies, if you think freaks of nature such as the ape, the freeky eye thing and PSM-ESP women are bad, you haven't met a Scott who's attaempt at geting a mars bar from the vending machene in the uni of his dwelling did not result in him geting said mars bar even after forking over the aproperate dollar in brittsh monies (£0.50).

Cept you have cuz that's exactly what the kind of day I've been had having today happen to me.

This episode is about the Scottish in a way I feel is none too flatering, but that's besides the point.
It also tells you that if you leave me alone with someone I'll do them up so badly that the'll need 5 calculators to even calcuate the damage in HP.

What I thought: well, I had my doubts but once the killer bagpipes were abound, I was sold.

I like how the cast keeps trying to deny how randomly racist this episode this is.

So Scottish is considered a race?

Given that Darkplace is clear in the fact that Garth is a womanising, self important, stupid goit. The fact that Scotland is, indeed, a nation rather than a race I think that was part of the joke.

But come on man, killer bagpipes!!

Man, I want an uncensored version of this show on DVD, mostly because I want to see it without the "bleeping" or muting of the cursewords. Either way, I liked how they treated the Scottish as a separate race (even though they aren't, and that my family is partially Scottish), and that they have to have subtitles when the Scotsmen speak. ["You are a true highlander (Scotch person)." ] It will be sad when the finale airs.

Sanchez: My aunt lives in Scotland. She said it's quite nice.
Dagless: Well, she's wrong.
