I think that's the site where you can go and put in the serial number from your money and track where it's been (provided people who get the bill do this!)and I did this once (I was bored) and put the place where I got it from was in change from a $9 hooker. Well, she's from around my way, and I know people from her old high school. I've heard from multiple people that she smelt bad.

From just one person, I'm a little skeptical. From many people (everytime a different person, not all at once) I start to believe.

Wether it's true or not, I dunno.
