I noticed this a few weeks ago, and I know it wasn't there previously (when I 1st started hanging out here)

What's with the phantom doublt Toon Zone Forums Link?

I've always seen the second one, which is actually a link to just the Toon Zone Forums (News, The Warner Bros. Club, DVD Discussion, and Comics). Try going into one of those forums and clicking on the second Toon Zone Forums link.
