Best commercials you've ever seen

I felt the need to spread awareness of Segata Sanshiro, the best freaking media figure ever, so I started up this thread. Tell us about your favorite commercials that don't get the recognition they deserve. Segata had the best freaking commercials EVER in my opinion, and here's a few to help convince you:

Ever see that commercial, where some guy is checking into a hotel, & the front desk asks him if he'd like the service with the "complementary chocolate on your pillow". The poor sap says 'yes', & later it switches to a scene with the Red M&M sitting by the guy's pillow, asking if he can watch TV. haha..funny stuff.

The only commericals I can think of right now is The Lego my Eggo and the Hostes Cup cakes.There's one where the M&M's were drinking but it was chocolate.

I have many favorite commercials, but the top of the list are the old outpost.com commercials (I think its outpost.com, I may be wrong).

Commercial 1: A man is firing small rodents at a wall trying to get them through the "o" in outpost.com.

Commercial 2: A high school marching band marches into the words "outpost.com" and a pack of ravenous wolves is released on them.

Okay, they're both kinda morbid and had absolutely nothing to do with outpost.com, but they were great.

The best commercials I can think of is anything to do with Star Wars and one of THE top best commercials I've ever seen was the first time I saw the commercial for the B:TAS toys. :D

One of the best commericals I saw recently isn't even from America. I forget what country it was from, but I saw it on Animal Planet on one of those funny animal commercials specials. It had two dogs in love running on a beach, and it was beautifully shot and well done and amazing how they trained those dogs to work together. I forget now what they were promoting, but I thought it was a great commercial.

Another ad for a car has the car parked in front of the house and a dog comes running out of the yard at full speed for the car, and BAM, hits the back of the car. He yelps and goes slowly back into the yard. "It only looks fast" was the tag line. Heee heeeee

Hmm, direct TV one. Where a giant pipe falls off the back of a truck and rolls into a guys driveway, and I think he drives his clasic vet in the way, and the pipe crashes it. All do save his dish. :D My brother hates that commercial...

Anyone remember those Snickers commercials? My favorite is the one with the guy who has all his co-workers trapped in a room, and he stands outside, trying to get one of them to have lunch with his cut-out picture of a panda. :D

I love the "Mike's Hard Lemonade" commercials, with the guy who had a "hard day" with a spike through him. Funny stuff. :)

The Nike Freestyle rhythm one is cool. I'm always trying to recreate it. Another favorite is a Nissan Maxima commercial where the guy watches the sunset, puts his car into gear, and chases it so he can see it again. A good foreign commercial I saw was a Fiat car commercial where this car is outrunning a volcano. They stop, a woman and a man come out, and the woman shouts, "Fine, if you think you can do better, YOU drive!"

But one of my all time faves is a WB commercial where Batman (Terry) asks if Lucy Camden is at home for a date.

One commercial that I think is for Duracell. This girl is putting a battery in one of those little toy dogs that bark and then flip. Cut to a robber entering the house. The dog hears it. The robber shines his light around and sees the dog on the floor. It growls and flies up to attack the guy's throat. I always get a kick out of that one. I don't know why. I just think it's hysterical.

There's a commercial for beer (I think Budweiser) I see a lot during Yankee games. The catcher is signaling, and the pitcher keeps refusing. Then, a vendor in the stand calls out the name of the beer. The catcher looks over, distracted, and puts up one finger. The pitcher nods. The next shot is the catcher flying back from the fastball hitting him in the head.

Yes, I am 12. I get a kick out of commercials like that.

Okay, this isn't on TV, but I love the Mitsubishi radio commercials with the guy calling up these people to tell them about great deals Mitsubishi is offering.

My favorite was the 'You and Me, and Me and You' commercial for the original Smash Brothers. Its the only commercial that had me truly outright laughing when I saw it.

Right now, The Bank of America commercials featuring the Olympics. I especially like the hockey one.

M&M's and Coke-a-Cola polar bears are cool too. :)

I'm currently being amused by the 'Sonic' commercial with real live hedgehogs. "What part of super-sonic don't you understand?!!"

that smash bros ad was damn funny! i can tell you, the "complementary chocolate" is one of the funniest right now.
the eggo ad with the girl and her dolly is wild!! my niece loves it so i taped it for her.

The PG Chimps ads (for PG Tips tea) were good. The best one out of the long line of them is *son*"Dad, do you know the piano's on my foot?" *dad* "You hum it, son, I'll play it"
