Off the top of my head...
Warworld (coming soon), stars Superman
Brave and the Bold stars Green Lantern and Flash
Fury stars Wonder Woman and Hawkgirl
Injustice For All stars everyone, primarily Batman
Those are just off the top of my head, but if you have the time, go through the past news articles and you'll eventually find articles about these eps and more.

I found this info at the DCU Animated Forum. It has a pretty clear synopsis of all these episodes in question.
1/2/3--Secret Origins
J’onn J’onzz’s story, featuring the formation of the Justice League during an invasion by a version of “White Martians.”
4/5--In Blackest Night
The Green Lantern episode where the Manhunters arrest John Stewart for having destroyed a populated world. Based on Justice League of America #140-141.
6/7--The Enemy Below
The Aquaman episode which finally treats the sea monarch with respect.
8/9--Injustice For All
Features the Injustice Gang (comprised of Lex Luthor, Joker, Star Sapphire, Copperhead, Cheetah, Solomon Grundy, Ultra-Humanite, and the Shade). While Timm stated that this episode is more Luthor’s story than anyone else’s, it is reported to be the Batman-focused episode.
10/11--Paradise Lost
The Wonder Woman episode. Will mostly take place on Themyscira and will feature Felix Faust, who is after ultimate knowledge. (Timm: "And he actually DOES get ultimate knowledge at one point.")
12/13--War World
Mongul abducts Superman, who has to fight for his life as he is forced to participate in intergalactic gladiator games. Based on the Action Comics Annual story by George Perez.
14/15--The Brave and the Bold
Focus on the Flash and Green Lantern, who team up to fight Gorilla Grodd.
16/17--Fury
Another Wonder Woman episode featuring an adopted Amazon who goes rogue to create havoc in Man's world. While this episode spotlights a Hawkgirl-Wonder Woman team up, the entire team is featured. Some of the Injustice Gang also appear: Copperhead, Star Sapphire, Grundy, Shade, and a new villainess: a female ninja.
18/19--Legends
Featuring the "pseudo JSA" called the Justice Guild of America. WBA had trouble obtaining rights from DC to use the JSA characters, so they created their own JSA-like team of "classic archetype" heroes. The story involves Green Lantern, Hawkgirl, Flash, and J'onn J'onzz travelling to the JGA's parallel Earth, where the year 2001 has a 1950's way of life. Oh, and Hawkgirl is asked to bake cookies, with hilarious results.
20/21--A Knight of Shadows
Formerly known as “The Demon Story”, which features Jason Blood/Demon, Batman, and J'onn J'onzz against Morgan Le Fay and Modred, who seek the power of the philosopher’s stone. This episode will also touch on the Demon’s origin.
22/23--Metamorphosis
This is the Metamorpho episode. Simon Stagg is trying to create a “super worker” than can operate in any (read: harsh) environment. He decides to use Rex Mason as a test subject when he finds out Rex and his daughter Sapphire plan to get married (and you thought your in-laws give you headaches). The JL focus is on Green Lantern once again, as he is Rex’s old military buddy.
24/25/26--The Savage Time
This is the season finale and will feature appearances by the Blackhawks, Sgt. Rock, and Steve Trevor. Vandal Savage is the big villain (duh), and I understand time travel is involved. Perhaps the JL will split into teams that battle Savage in different eras.
And thus ends the first season. Episode titles were provided to Toonzone by Bruce Timm, and the numbers reflect the tentative order the episodes will air (which we now know is subject to change).
