Hi everyone!
I noticed the WWF Trivia Thread put up by the Penguin was doing really well. Well, I'd like to try a Trivia Thread of my own! Would you guys like to do a thread (using the same setup and rules as Penguin's WWF Trivia Thread) devoted to Final Fantasy/Chrono Trigger & Chrono Cross Trivia?
I'll go first... what four countries existed on the planet Gaia on Final Fantasy IX? (Hint: Two were monarchies, two were republics)
Second Question: In Chrono Trigger, what time and place is Magus actually from? (His origins, not where he ended up.)
Later! :)

Aw, c'mon! No takers? Pleaaase? :D
I'll answer my first question, just for the heck of it. The four countries on Gaia on Final Fantasy IX were Alexandria, Ceylon (both monarchies -- Alexandria had a Queen, and Ceylon had a Village Elder), Lindblum, and Burmecia (both republics). Alexandria and Lindblum were basically Human, and Ceylon and Burmecia were... that other species whose name escapes me at the moment.
C'mon! This'll be fun! :)

He's from Enhasa right? That floating city deal.
If so, then here're the next questions.
What is the original name of the main female character in Final Fantasy V & VI (FF3 in America)?
If you feed the cat in chrono trigger, how many kittens does it have?

It's gotta be three kittens! Everything in Chrono Trigger (and Dragonball Z, for that matter) happens in threes (only three people can step into a Time Gate, there are three Gurus, etc.)
Magus is from Enhasa, the floating magical city, in 12000 BC. You find out about 2/3 way through the game that Magus, like your party, is also a time-traveller.
The original name question has me stumped though.
But here's a new question!
In Final Fantasy VI, what's the name of the city on the northern continent of the planet that starts the Open Rebellion against the Empire?

Easy. That's Narshe.
What magicite is in Umaro's possession when you first fight him?

FFVI: that would be Tina, not Terra. Terra is a bad translation.
if you continue to feed the cat, there should be a total of 12 kittens.

You obtain Terrato, the Earth elemental Esper, in Umaro's cave in Narshe.
Next question: In Final Fantasy VIII, what country is Laguna from? (He was a member of their military when he was young.) Ironically, he ends up being the President of which other country?
Let's keep this going! It's a blast! :D
