The message I saw was, "Toonzone is looking into the problem." The way it was stated sounded very specfic by using "the problem" as opposed to "a problem."

Evidently, yes there was.

Apparently there was some kind of technical glitch which caused one of the databases to fill up with duplicate records. I'm not super knowledgeable about that sort of thing, so I don't know too many more details, but apparently the problem has now been fixed due to the tireless efforts of our technical staff. Thanks, guys!
