I'm writing a Batman Beyond fan fic and I had a few questions.
Does Selina Kyle know that Bruce is Batman?
What were Inque's and Ten's status last time we saw them?
What happened the last time we saw Calendar Girl?
How does that patch work that Jack Ryder wears to stop him from becoming the Creeper?
Any answers you could give would be appreciated!

All I can tell you is that Selina does not know Bruce & Batman are the same person.
The rest are good questions though. I certainly don't have thet answers. Wish I could be more of a help. :)

Does Selina Kyle know that Bruce is Batman? -- as pointed out Selina doesn't know that Bruce is Batman, as of the last time we see her in TNBA.
What were Inque's and Ten's status last time we saw them? -- Inque had evaporated in her third appearance, but it was heavily implied that she had reformed herself. Ten, as of her last appearance had given up crime and was helping her brother Jack to reform.
What happened the last time we saw Calendar Girl? -- she was being haled off to Arkham.
How does that patch work that Jack Ryder wears to stop him from becoming the Creeper? -- as long as he wears it he has control over his sanity. I think the patch wears out after 24 hours.

Uhhh, I don't think the patch had a time-limit on it...though they didn't say there WASN'T one, either. All we know is that as long as Jack Ryder keeps wearing it, he won't go wacky and yellow-skinned.
As for Inque...wasn't her LAST appearance, technically, in THE CALL?
As for Ten, she's still abiding by the law, but Jack went back to crime to become the NEW king of the Royal Flush Gang (see BATMAN BEYOND #23).

Good point about Inque.
As far as I can remember Batman said at the end of "Beware the Creeper" that the patch lasted about 24 hours and that he would have to make more for Ryder.
Well as far as I'm concerned there's enough minor differences between the animated comics and the animated shows that they're in different continuities. So that doesn't count. :p
