WWE said after the suspensions in August from that point on talent who was suspended would be publically announced and we saw the first of that yesterday.
World Wrestling Entertainment Suspends Two Performers
STAMFORD, Conn., November 2, 2007 – In accordance with its Substance Abuse and Drug Testing Policy, WWE today suspended the following performers for violations: Chris Mordetzky (Chris Masters) for 60 days (second violation) and Harry Smith (DH Smith) for 30 days (first violation).

I'm not surprised at Masters. he's bound to be future endeavored and scooped up by TNA in a matter of months. But I am disappointed that smith was the other name. This because of the history of his father, the British Bulldog. A damn shame.

Hmm. So this is Masters' second violation? One wonders why he was absent during the 30-day crisis. We all know about his first violation, when he came back "leaner and meaner".

I'd hope TNA isn't that stupid. But, then again, they did hire Matt Morgan. At least he hasn't been in a match yet, so it's acceptable.
Smith does shock me. You'd think he'd learn from his father. I'd bet they gave the test before his push started, though, because I doubt he'd be so stupid as to try it after.

Chris Masters!? Again! Don't they learn the 1st time not to do it again. D.H. Smith!? He just came on board to the WWE and already he's in trouble.

I get the feeling the Chris Masters isn't going to make it in the WWE. He was given chances I believe before the Wellness Policy existed and in 59 days, he will officially be on his last chance. I'm about the only one here that doesn't rag on the guy and being sent back home so shortly after he came back is not a good sign.
Harry Smith dang sure should know better. Because of how he lost dad and because he is so new. I would think that new WWE talent would know better than to tempt fate as opposed to guys like Masters who is apparently finding that old habits die hard. "DH" will likely not find as strong as a push a month from now (although maybe they can reevaulate Teddy Hart in that time and do what they were going to do in the first place).

So the one guy who has been constantly de-pushed because of his troubles with wellness violations and the other one who has wrestled only TWO matches on television but was already in line for a big push, and who lost his father under similar circumstances?
Everyone, let's take some time out for one big, collective, frustrated sigh.

Masters is as good as gone. I blame a lot of Masters' downfall on that skit where DX made fun of him for losing all that mass. It looked like he got off the juice then, and I even remember him giving an interview where he was proud of his smaller physique and was even thinking of writing a book on it. Then that DX skit happened, and bam, he's back to having roided up arms . It also would've helped if his gimmick didn't require him to look like that.
Davey Hart Smith knows better than to follow his father's footsteps in that way.

From WWE's Corporate Webpage (http://corporate.wwe.com/news/2008/2008_05_20.jsp).
In accordance with its Substance Abuse and Drug Testing Policy, WWE® has suspended Darren Matthews (William Regal) for 60 days for his second violation of the company’s policy.
Definitely explains the sudden removal as GM. One would think that he would know better, with all of the health issues he went through

Dang. That's really unfortunate. Both for him as a person and because he was starting a good role as King of the Ring.
Well, I'm glad WWE is sticking to their guns even though it means screwing up so many good storylines and pushes.

Well that certainly explains it. I'm sure it can't be easy, but Regal should really know better. Rumor or not, I hope we learn some more here. This is the second time Regal has been suspended as the GM of RAW. If he gets his last chance WWE is unlikely to put him in such a high profile role when he returns, if ever.

Wait, wait, wait, wait....
wait...
Regal's real name is Darren Matthews? I never would have guessed that in a million years.
In all seriousness, though, it does suck. I've always had a lot of respect for Regal. You can bet it's painkillers, though. That man's been in some straight-up fights. I always figured that's why they don't have him actually wrestle that often.

We're converting the announced Wellness Violations into one thread and Jimmy Wang Yang is being "sent on vacation" (http://www.wwe.com/inside/news/yangsuspended) I suspect he gets no TV write off.

Yang I don't get. He doesn't look like the kind who'd use 'roids. Must've been something else, a la Regal.

Well, people don't have to "look like" steroid users to be steroid users. He may have been using a relatively small amount for performance/stamina reasons (wrestling one or more nights a week, every week, is not an easy thing to do), rather than a large amount to build his muscles to ridiculous proportions.
Or, it could've been something else.

It could've been something else, but Funaki was busted for steroids and well...he aint gonna be Batista's stand in thats for sure.
That sucks but they weren't going to give him a major push anyway.

Yeah, I just thought it was funny. Ziggler hasn't even done anything yet. (Well, aside from dark matches.) It would make more sense to me if Yang was on steroids because he actually wrestled a lot.
