I haven't heard CN play the Pokemon Master Quest theme song for a long time. There not even playing it on their current lineup. They've have the new episodes and repeats of D/P and right now I think some repeats from the Orange Islands season. Of course, this could be different depending on where you live and all.

Anyway, to answer your question, the theme song for Pokemon Master Quest season is... Master Quest. It is pretty catchy. The whole season is out on two DVD box sets.

They show Indigo Islands and Orange Islands on the weekday morning/ Saturday marathon schedule they currently have. Jhoto League Journies has ended on Toonami Jetstream, but they are currently showing Jhoto League Champions. Master Quest is the next season, but unless they start it early, then there's still another 30 weeks befire they'll get to it.

I don't think he's actually asking for the Master Quest theme, but rather the music playing during the promos for it on CN Too. Don't get it here in the US, so I have no idea what's playing in the promos.
