It's hard to believe that it's been 23 years since the legend of Hyper Sensei began. And it all started with a 2-hour sized chunk of action that now orbits America every Saturday for just 4 hours.



Yes Folks, It's been 23 years to the day that the world was introduced to Hyper Luigi, and it all started on October 23rd, 1984, with the birth of Sketch. This ? pound, ? sized male showed the world that geeks took the next step into fantasy schedules..


and yet where has he gone in just 23 years? Where is he going in the next 23 years. What are his goals and objectives here? After all some folks say working for CN is the first step, or that creating a real CN schedule is the next logical choice.


But if the first 23 years have shown us anything, it shows that with fantasy schedules comes risks, and dangers, yet with that same risk taking enthusiasm it reaps rewards..After all without fantasy schedules, Master Control wouldn't exist.. In short the Fantasy Schedule Wars have given us a new look on schedule making.


but what should his goals be for the next 23 years? Where should he go? What should he do? After all even though it's been 23 years, should he as a schedule creator, think about working for Cartoon Network? Or should he abandon fantasy schedules altogether, and leave it alone?

Man, I remember back when Sketch first joined the forums. Makes me feel old. :p

I love these threads.

But, yeah, happy birthday, Sketch. Hopefully there'll be a whole Toonami channel for you to schedule soon. Yeah, not likely, but it happened in the UK for a while, even though no one liked that period after they started adding stuff like PLCL.

Ironically one of my former friends has the same birthday. I know (even from not meeting him in person) though that Sketch is a better person and hope he has a good birthday. The 53 minutes that remain of it and all.

It suprising to see who all shares your birthday.

I have the same birthday as:
My best friend's little brother
My high school varsity swim teammate
and Toonami (ok, Toonami has anniversaries, but it's the same day as my birthday).

It's really weird huh?

...One last birthday fact...
If you get a room filled with about 25 people, you have about a 50% chance that two people in the room will share the same birthday.
