We'll probably be seeing a Death Note promo in the near future, so people should be on the lookout for that.

Although i've yet to see a Boondocks promo on AS, that show will murder everything else in ratings numbers on Oct. 8th

Apparently there is a Boondocks promo on AS, although I haven't seen it myself yet.

One thing bothers me about this Futurama episode: weren't Amy's parents the ones who introduced Kif to her in the Titanic episode?
EDIT: "For sale: Adult Swim. Never cared."

the ratingsocalypse is upon us
Saturday, September 22nd

Nice recovery. Futurama shoots back up, Home Movies actually shows up in its last week (guess it usually loses ~50% on Futurama's audience), and Blood+ beats out Bleach. Crazy week.

Hurrah. I always like seeing Blood+ come on out top. But where the hell did Home Movies come from?

Chicken remains close to FG. Premieres are doing really well. 10 PM Futurama making it is pretty interesting.

361,000 viewers isn't exactly "on top". That's actually pretty bad. It's about a 100,000 viewer drop from Home Movies. But, that's nothing compared to the 250,000 viewer drop from Futurama. It's not really interesting that Blood+ did better than Bleach last week. Last week's episode was that awful filler, remember? I'm sure viewers shut off their TV after five minutes of that crap.

Well, I meant the top action show.
But yeah, that Bleach filler was horrible (IMO), so I can see why ratings would plummet.
Don Konoji- Anti ratings.
Also, the sheer length of Soul Society is probably encouraging TV shutoff.

Wow, Home Movies at least doubled in ratings from the week before. That's so random.

Most shows will have a large drop from Futurama. I think people just turn on the TV every night at 11 (or 10 on Sundays) for Futurama, then turn it back off afterward, not knowing or caring what's on next.

Ah yes, Toys in the Attic.
The morale of the story... don't leave things in your fridge or pantry even for a long time. This ep truly freaks me out every time.

"School Days, Fool Days"
A classic Squidbillies episode. So many moments, especially the ending.
Speaking of school, I love Orihime's art project in last night's Bleach. She's wins just for that.

They screwed up the ending credits for tonight's Bebop. I wonder if they're going to do that to last episode as well.

That episode always confused me. What's the conclusion? How do they survive?

That episode always confused me. What's the conclusion? How do they survive? My take on it: while it does infect the people that got bitten by it, the "pudding" wasn't really deadly. As for the "dead bodies", the crew of the Bebop (save for Ed) pretty much passed out from either being attacked or fear of dying, and hence were pretty much out of it until the Bebop arrived at its destination, where someone eventually discovered them passed out (save for Ed, who is possibly doing something weird) and got them to a hospital to get the medical attention that they needed.

That's a good interpretation. Now if there was just some way to explain Cosmic Collisions in Samurai Champloo...
BTW, I'm also hoping they leave the Bebop finale's ending intact.

i forgot to post this during FT (Futurama), but Jurassic Bark is one of the most saddest FT episodes of all time, and just seeing the ending to the episode was heartbreaking enough for everyone who watches it...

And I rernted the second disk of Sealab 2021 season 4 since it was going too slow on the fix...
Wow, the last four episodes were really pretty good compared to most of the Shanks episodes. There was some stuff I didn't like (the pointless abortion joke and the dead two headed kitten) but most of it was pretty good.

I could have sworn this episode aired a couple weeks ago, though. I think they may have skipped the previous episode by mistake last time.

I like how both last night's Minoriteam and Boondocks dealt with black people ending up in non-black heaven then coming back to life.

Yeah, that was it. Sankyuu.
I thought it aired before too, 'cause the ending seemed similar
