Question about a Tom and Jerry short

I saw a still from a Tom and Jerry cartoon where Jerry stands by Tom who has an Adolf Hitler moustache and hairstyle. Could someone identify this cartoon for me?

Cartoon Man is right; "The Lonesome Mouse" is the short that still is from. However, it wasn't Tom per se who had the Hitler moustache and hair. See, what happened was Jerry, glad to finally be rid of Tom, went over to Tom's cat bed which had a picture of his face on it and then proceeded to mock Tom by drawing the Hitler moustache and hair onto Tom's image. After he is finished "doodling", he promptly spits at it.
