We haven't had any talkbacks for any of the seasons of House and I think its about time we did so. Heres the rundown of tonights episode.

http://www.housemd-guide.com/images/house.jpg

When an office building collapses, House has to work fast to diagnose a young woman, Megan, who survived the disaster. Due to her injuries, Megan's only form of communication is blinking. House, without a team since Foreman and Cameron quit and he fired Chase, talks through his ideas with a janitor at the hospital. As Megan's condition worsens, Cuddy puts pressure on House to hire a new team, but House defiantly ignores her, and Wilson resorts to desperate measures and hits House where he knows it will hurt. As House persists in diagnosing Megan by himself, he realizes that the case is not what it appears, and that solitude may not be the answer in the "Alone" episode of HOUSE airing Tuesday, Sept. 25 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

So lets see how House fairs without his old team.

Boyfriend "He's a Janitor?!?"

House "More importantly he's a blabber mouth"

Cuddy: "Shut up House!"

I had tears in my eyes

I was worried this season wouldn't be as good as the others. Based on what I've seen so far, I was wrong.

Pretty awesome episode. I missed a lot of last season, apparently including the finale, but this was a great episode and I want to get back into the series.

Just wish I didn't have to see the chick so many times. >.<

The Janitor's "Lupus" suggestion left me in stitches!

I wonder if Wilson really did remove the wammy bar from House's guitar...

I love it when this show has a surprise ending, it was very well done and exicuted.

I loved how House and Wilson terrorized each other through this episode especially when House tricked Wilson in a code so he could search his apartment for the guitar. Silly way to get back at him too by turning off his TiVo.

And once again Cuddy is on a mission to teach House a lesson, looks like she won this time. Can't wait to see what the new Interns will be like. 4.5/5

YEAH! House is back!

Good episode. Nice to see House isolated and sans his team. By the way, does Laurie play the guitar as well as the piano, or is that recorded?

I don't negotiate with terrorists. LOL!

Great start for the season. I like how House never backed down to Wilson or Cuddy about getting a team for that case. Him and Wilson terrorizing each other was classic. Laurie was able to have quite a bit of comedy bits. The ending was out of left field, I thought the lady was cheating on her husband when they brought in the second guy. I would assume that Laurie can play the guitar, I know he plays piano and both instruments I've heard are similar( notes wise ). he's a very talented man.

This epidsode was great. The ending was a good twist.

I also missed the finale and some of last season so I am a bit confused as to why he has no team at the moment. So I need to catch up on that.

Like some of you, I too have missed the season Finale, but I don't care. This start of the season was GREAT! I loved it how he just threw Wilson's phone out the window. XD

Not to mention ridding him of his episodes of TiVo. I also REALLY had a GREAT laugh watching Wilson attempt to do a voice-over on the phone. XD FUNNY.

The twist at the end of the episode REALLY got me. That is what I call suspense till the end! Ooh, and on a personal note, I liked that lady who actually bothered to help House there. She reminded me of Cameron, but, she had her own little sparky wit about her.

Can hardly wait for the next episode, what a teaser we had at the end!

Truly while there are fine actors on TV, Hugh Laurie is by far, the best at portraying a guy you just love to watch.

To me, one of the most amazing things about Laurie's acting is still that accent. It's simply flawless. If I didn't know that he was English and you told me he was American, I'd have believe it in a second. His mannerism, his voice, even his eyes. The guy's really just brilliant.

What're you talking about? The patient, obviously. It was just disturbing to see. Especially the, 'screaming.'

I agree 110%. I didn't believe my brother when he told me that he was British. His American accent is just so perfect I have a hard time believing he isn't America.

I was so excited to see the 4th season premiere, just saw the 3rd's finale last week.

First off this episode reminded me why I felled in love with this show. Hugh Laurie is so excellent as House, and Wilson and Cuddy had good roles this episode as well.

I wasn't expecting the "patient's" ending either and put me in the group with people disturbed to see the patient's face(it was pretty convincing though) I still can't decide whether I'd like to see House's old team come back but that's not my call if they do.

The ratings are in for House. Suffice to say if it keeps it up there will no doubt be a fifth season. 18.3 for the fourth season premier.

Oh, her. Wasn't sure whom you were referring to, that's all.

Yeah, that was really uncomfortable. Even as House patients go, she was pretty torn up.

Yeah, I remember the first time I saw him at the Emmy Awards or something he spoke, and then they ran a clip from his BBC years. I was floored and did a double take. He really is superb. The character of House is so American in terms of his voice, mannerisms, pop culture references, etc. and Laurie just inhabits the character so perfectly, you'd never know that he was born thousands of miles away in another country.

They'll be back, they're just reshuffling their roles on the show. It's wierd see Allison Cameron as a blonde though. It'll be an interesting juggling act with the new team. It was an interesting surprise ending; House didn't manage to save the patient, technically. It was a pretty powerful scene.

Wilson was great this episode.
"What? I'm learning Spanish!"
"When you tune it too far, it makes a noise like screaming."

Classic House in the preview: "ROW D! YOU'RE FIRED!" Ah Hugh. You're gold, man. One of the best actors on TV.

I pretty much figured that they'd be back but it was interesting to see Dr. House and "Dr. Buffer" in the beginning. And while on blond Cameron, my friend and I just dubbed her Cameron 2.0.

Wait, What?

Jennifer Morrison is a natural blonde. She auditioned for House as a brunette "to be taken more seriously," but she's tired of being "a slave to the bottle," so she's keeping the blonde hair.

LOL!

Her stiched eye was disturbing!

Yeah, that was just...disconcerting.

Speaking solely for myself, it took me 5-10 minutes to realize that the smart, sarcastic and very anti-social Gregory House was indeed the silly, charming, stupid, yet lovable Bertie Wooster.

The accent threw me for a second, but truly it is that kind of dedication to his craft that make Hugh Laurie a favorite of mine. (I admit, more for comedy than drama). However thanks to House, that's changed.

I also think House has at least 3 more season left it, as long as they continue to highlight Hugh's excellence at comedy with the great drama they find. Watching Hugh Laurie interplay with Robert Sean Leonard (whom I feel has been often over looked by his much more well known friend, Ethan Hawke), reminded very much of Wooster and Jeeves, if in more antagonistic fashion.
