There are a few avatar contests on the anigen board. If your looking for adult swim ones, there is a thread a page or so back with alot of avatars.

You can make an avatar out of any pic if you just make it the right size by shrinking and cropping it. Use a app. like Photoshop.

Also, Brian made us a bunch of AS avatars that are posted in this thread:

If you want, you can just pick one out of there that's not in use.
