Wii video trouble

Recently I've been having trouble with the video out put on my wii. In the channel menu theres small black lines in the picture and during games thick snowey lines appear. I've played it on anouther tv so thats not the problem and even tried a new cable. So now I'm starting to think the problem is the wii itself. Unless anyone has any other idea.

i agree with your assumption. if playing on a different tv and using a new cable wields similar results, may be the wii itself. as was said in other threads, nintendo's repair policy is usually pretty top notch. contact them and see what they can do
