I remember seeing this show a few years ago, I only got to see 2 episodes of it, I was wondering if Adult Swim is still able to show it or has the rights expired?

The rights expired in 2004. They aren't going to pick up the show again.

Sadly the rights have expired a long time ago. Back when the b&w cards were fresh they admitted how much they loved the show next to Bebop.
