Hey. I'd gotten my first issues of Captain America, Avengers, and Fantastic Four during the highly-controversial Heroes Reborn era. After finding an old comic, I'd recently decided to pick up Avengers issues 8, 9, and 10 of that era and I had some questions.
1: Is it safe to assume that characters in all four books at that point started figuring out that all was not right in the land of Oz? I mean, Avengers issue 10 Reed mentioned something about them being from alternate universe and around that point, I read an Iron Man issue where Doom showed some awareness for what was going on.
2: What was up with the Asgardians in that universe? I mean, I'm pretty sure absorbing people isn't in the normal Loki's ability and what was up with that first Thor? It's clear from reading it that the Thor that merged from the reactor in issue 9 and 10 was the Thor we all know and like (Given his attire, behavior, and stuff he mentioned), but what's the deal with the other Thor?
3: I didn't hear/read a lot of the reactions to certain characterizations and looks, but is it safe to assume that there was an outcry against Wyatt Wingfoot and Mantis being protrayed as villains (especially in light of the latter being protrayed as a villainess prior to these events, though that since been retconned as a Space Phantom) or that Hawkeye and "Hellcat" kinda looked like completely different characters?
