In a previous thread, I stated categorically that there was no footage from "Tin Pan Alley Cats" that had been spliced into "Dough for the Do-Do."

In response to an assertion by someone on alt.animation.warner-bros that this was indeed the case, I checked out my copies of both cartoons. There is one lengthy scene, from the blue drummer/clarinetis/pianist in the flower through the convict with the barred window, which was taken directly from TPAC. There's a new soundtrack, though.

Is my face like this: :o

I thought that was from the original Porky In Wackyland! However, I have never seen TPAC in fairness.

Tin Pan Alley cats is also set in Wackyland (well, part of it is). So Clampett just reused animation (only, retraced onto new cels and put over new color backgrounds). Tin Pan... is also where the "rubber band" joke originated. That scene is redrawn in Dough For The Do Do, only with the Fats Waller cat missing.
