Just like the thread title says, I apologize for not being around lately. I notice I unfortunately missed Mr. Hunter's birthday. :o Oh well. Anyway, I've been extremely busy with school, overdue homework, chores, and spending a lot of my free time talking to my friends on AOL, and it just hasn't occured to me to drop by..Well, here I am now and I'll try to stop by now and then. So, for the sake of making a general statement, how've you guys been lately?

Hey, remember me? Well of course you don't! I wasn't a member when you last posted! (Actually, I was but I didn't know that you had to log on, so I kinda didn't post for three weeks after my user name was created. It was then that I noticed that "LOG IN" thing on the main page... :o ). Aaanyway, welcome back.

I'm not sure I mentioned it, but I'm in a new school this year, Wyncote Academy. It's very nice and a lot more liberal than other schools I've attended (that is, they're more likely to talk things out than kick you out). Only real problems I have with it are some of the teachers are annoying, though I guess there's one in every school, there's a dangerously low intellect among my so-called peers, which, again, is a problem to be expected..and there's this one kid I really hate who is not only stupid, but conceited, mean, and even racist and sexist, and uncontrollably foul-mouthed (and yet somehow popular)! I really hate that #%^*!, but I won't bother expressing my wrath much further. If there's anything else you're curios about regarding the state of my life these days, I'll be glad to oblige, but I best not babble on unnecesarily, as I have in the past. ("Ain't I the talkin'est little guy?")
By the way, I have no homework tonight and no real responsibilities, plus I have a four-day President's Day weekend coming up, as I assume most minors here do, so my schedule should be exceedingly freed up over the next few days to allow me to keep up my attendence record.
I'm glad your new school is going better than your last one, and welcome back!
I once had a class with a guy who was really racist in a Archie Bunker-ish sort of way. It only got annoying when he'd constantly ask me if I was Jewish.

Oh, we had a racist in our class too. He was kicked out of the school...twice. His sophomore year he was asked to leave after calling a Jewish guy a racist name (it was all in fun, but it ticked the guy off enough for him to jump over a table and punch him.) but since he was a champion golfer (and had a fair amount of money, that helped) they gave him a second chance. Then he got caught by the cops with drugs, and so the end of last year, they ousted him for good. He was actually a popular guy, which was beyond me...he was a real headcase, and genuinely bad person. Kind of felt sorry for him.

"A headache and a genuinely bad person"? That's a good description of this kid at my school. I may as well give examples of things he has said. When we were discussing the September 11th tragedy and what to do about Arab-Americans, he said we should blow them up, "Yeah, that'd be good. Ya see 40 or 50 f***in' turbans flyin' up.." Fortuneatley, the co-principal was there and said something like "Do you know how ignorant that sounds?!" He didn't get punished, just scolded like that.
Also, several times, my English teacher, Jenn (whom, I might as well add, as it's been on my mind lately, is a very pretty 24-year-old..I have a crrush on her, though unfortuneatley, she has a boyfriend :( ), has misplaced some of our assignments or similar things and he has shouted out things like "You forgot to bring it 'cause you're blonde, Jenn!" I defended her, perhaps partially out of my, er, disposition, but also she IS actually an intelligent person, which earned me a thanks, but hasn't changed the kid's attitude worth a d--n. Why this jackass hasn't been thrown out on his keester is a mystery to me.
