LOL!:anime: Oh, that's just ironic. But yeah, the jurt does need four more to be complete. I agree with Zam that Odie, Pluto, and Santa's Little Helper should be part of the jury. The fourth slot should be filled by who zoomibe mentioned, Huckleberry Hound.

The guy on the witness stand is Atlanta Falcons player Michael Vick. He's in hot water for partaking in illegal dog-fighting and he's recently plead guilty to it.

Yes, because the artist needed to fill all the empty space with as many cartoon canines as humanly possible. I'll bet the artist hasn't a clue as to who those Arthur characters are in the first place.
