I remember a show that was played in syndication (or at least in my area) around 1999-ish (because it came on before Pokemon). It was kind of like What a Cartoon or Oh Yeah because it had three short cartoons. The oly ones that I remember was one that was a fake documentary on butlers in the wild, another was about a super smart cave man with a big nose, and another about a dog that ate a super hero's shoe and got superpowers.
