I rememer that in one scene in Titans Together, XL Terrestrial (that guy who can change his hight) is seen groaning at one of Beastboy's jokes with a bunch of other people. This is after the badguy's are frozen, so did XL Terrestrial turn good or something?

IIRC, that was just an animation error.

I think it was an in-joke, since it's a bit convenient that Hot Spot was glimpsed among the villains earlier in the episode.

That puppet villain ends on the titan's side in one scene too. Yeah they are errors.
