Lead in "Birds of Prey" Cast

It has been revealed that Rachel Skarsten has landed one of the leading roles in TheWB's Birds of Prey, produced by Warner Bros. TV and Tollin/Robbins Prods. Based on a DC Comics' spin-off Batman series of the same name, Skarsten will play Black Canary, aka Dinah Lance.
