In the comics He's a Bartender and later a cop.
What is his job(if he has one) in the animatied series.

I just thought of something.
In the episode where Dick tells Tim what happened between him and Bruce, he mentions a trust fund from the circus.
Althought I seriously doubt it lasted that long.
Any other ideas? Their more than welcome.

He might be a mechanic. He was fixing his bike in that episode err.... The one with the guy... um you know.. Batgirl was there. It was in the beginning where he was watchin. The guy with the claw was in it. And Batgirl unplugged a bomb. I think it had a chick at the end and he chased her.

From what I understand, reading Gotham Adventures and some hints from the animated series, Nightwing, yes, does have money from the circus trust fund. That money came from donations and law suit claims won by the tragic incident that killed Dick's family. You say it may not last long, but I do believe it is quite a bit of money. Ranging to somewhere in the millions. I think Nightwing also owns a large share of that circus. Through proceeds and sponserships, the circus makes a lot of money. But the good sumaritan Bruce is, I'm sure Bruce would easily fund any of Dick's requests.

I don't think that he works. In the comics Lucius Fow handled some investments in relation to Dick's trust fund. Some DC suit (I don't recall who) said that it was around 20 million.

...he told Babs he didn't want to be an idle trust fund kid, so he probably has something planned. Though he doesn't need to work, it's likely, between Wayne's money and the Greyson Fund. I wonder if he's got enough brains to bcome an author (hey, Harley Quinn tried her hand at it, why not?) Bet my button cap Dick's got stories to spare.

What I wouldn't give to be able to fund my writing with a nice trust fund. :D

Does anyone know what kind of degree Dick graduated Gotham University with ? I know whatever it is he's not putting it to use.

They only showed he graduated. I'm not sure what kind of degree he has.

In the comics I believe he got his degree in psychology after he return from college after dropping out.

Yeah, he graduated with a Criminal Justice Degree.
