Hey, John! Great work! The "Kirby dots" are a very nice touch. The ground crags are awesome as well. What gave you the idea to include Barda? 'Twas a stroke of genius. I always liked that STAS design for her. Wish that "Mr. Miracle/Barda spotlight episode" had seen the light of day. That design is killer. And Darkseid is his usual, imposing self. Another great sketch, Mr. Delaney!

Incredible pic! This and the JL Batman w/ Joker are definitely my most fav. pics yet! At first, I had no idea who that girl was, but since you guys mentioned it was Barda, I know who she is now. The only appearance I saw of Barda was in the BB Episode, "The Call".

She looks more muscular in that episode, but I like this design much better. Hope we get more incredible sketches like this John, even though I know we will. :D

Also, can anyone tell me what the color schemes are for the pic, like everything there, because the only color scheme I know is Darkseid's and everything else I have no idea what color it's suppose to be.

Hey Kats!
As usual your kind words blow me away! At first, I wasn't sure what to do with the dark lord of Apokolips, then the idea of drawing Barda came to me(can you imagine that?) and the image just fell out onto the page.
Thanks again to everyone who voted, and Term, after all those incredibly funny dialogues I hope this measures up.

Check out www.batman-superman.com/superman/cmp/index.html
for the correct color scheme for Barda. On the frame on the left, click "Heroes", then click on "Big Barda". The model sheet is there, and it has all the right colors.

Barda was only shown briefly at the end of the "Apokolips...Now!" episode of Sueprman.

Check out the screen captures on Darkseid's page for Apokolips background schemes. Mainly red and black, with the firepits being yellow.
