Much like the world's biggest brat topic, this one is about on who's the world's baddest babies:evil: of all time that are cute but just as bad/dangerous as the early Stewie Griffin from Family Guy.

Here's a few that I know that were rotten:

Butch(Porky Pig cartoon)- he's one dangerous/sadistic little monster.

Pee Wee(Bebe's Kids)-voiced by Tone Loc.
Babyface Finster(Bugs Bunny)
one bad baby(Mr.Bogus)-I love that cartoon.

You mean Baby Herman (there has to be a double entendre in there somewhere!), and sure he was a baby; just a toon baby, the cute act was just for the camreas. Anyhow, in what way was he bad? Sure, he was a pervert who smoked cigars, but I don't recall him doing anything malevolent.
