In this cartoon, there was an act in the vaudeville theater that featured Fred and Ward (who were actually caricatures of animators Fred Moore and Ward Kimball). Does anyone know if those two animators provided the voices for themselves?

As a matter of fact, yes, they did. According to Graham Webb's "Animated Film Encyclopedia" (which, incidentally, credits all originally anonymous cartoon voices that were previously unknown by many), Fred and Ward did indeed voice themselves.
