What's the policy on trading/selling stuff on here?

Episodes, you mean?
Don't do it. We'll delete the threads/posts as soon as we find them.
Sorry, but we've got lawyers watching this place.

No. I've got some comics and stuff I'm basically looking to unload.

Sorry, but we've got lawyers watching this place. Personally I don't think any studio will go out of their way for simple trading of tapes of course Time Warner has been known for being a bit uhhh eccentric still they couldn't even put a dent into (pay) porn sites that use their copyrighted material illegally thus in my opinon they couldn't even catch a cold of course I could be wrong.
Anyway it is probably better if they just stay on the newsgroups and mailing lists anyway.

In the past, lawyers from the Weird Butt have been in touch with WF, and we're safest assuming they're still floating overhead, like Nazgul. So we take a very strict line on the sharing of files and tapes, and the circulation of information about the sharing of files and tapes.
I'll have to get back to you about the comics.

I'm no mod....
but....
I would think selling a comic book, which was paid for, to another collector...wouldn't be a problem...
Now, if it was a photocopy of a comic book, that would be bad, but I don't see what the legal problems would be with a comic book sale/trade
That said, I'm no Mod, so I'm not the one to look to

It's not the legal aspect -- or, at least, not the legal aspect about WB or DC's attitude. I'm just not sure we want to open up the boards to that kind of goods exchange. It might pose problems and hazards of its own.

If I were you, I'd just take it to Ebay.

You mean I might be able to file my class action law suit against WB for their snapper cases? :D
