Has Batman ever fought Etrigan hand to hand in the comics? [Archive]

Batman and Etrigan have battled several times in the comics, but I don't remember what titles or issues.

They've proabably fought more than once, but the best one was an issue of DETECTIVE COMICS. The storlyine was called "Tulpa", and it ran through #601-603, I think. It was by Grant and Breyfogle (one of the all-time best Bat-teams, says me).

Simply put, it wasn't even a fight. Etrigan just grabbed Batman by the neck like it was nothing and started strangling him. I'd imagine any other confrontations between them would have similar results. It makes sense, when you realize Etrigan can punch the likes of Superman and Lobo through a wall.

Batman Beyond #13 (I think) featured Terry going up against a demon while trying to keep Etrigan in check. Decent read. Rather confusing...
