I vote for TORTOISE WINS BY A HARE. I'm a big Clampett fan, and I feel he handled the Bugs vs. Cecil premise the best. The animation and gags are very funny and fast paced and the ending is hilarious.

I also voted for "Tortoise Wins By a Hare." It is one of my favorite cartoons and I always crack up when I see it.

I'm also a HUGE clampett fan, and I really think his version is the best overall presentation. I love the swapped identity premise, involving the gangsters gave the toon a greater degree of depth than the basic (gags about a race between tortise and hare). Love the animation in this toon as well-it shows bugs truly is out for revenge in this toon

I think "Tortoise Beats Hare" is the best one. Cecil calling other turtles and that there is always a turtle ahead of Bugs are good ideas. The opening title sequence is very funny.
