Which characters from any show (western or anime) have the best chemistry togother? Characters that can just talk and it would be the most entertaining thing you've ever seen.

Some of my favorites are:
Zim and Gir/Zim and Dib/Dib and his father (Invader Zim)
Kay, Jay and Elle (MIB the series)
Ed and Double D (E, E n' E)

I'll think of somemore later...

Couldn't agree more.

How about Pinky and the Brain? The entire show was all about good character interaction. Brain and Stewie tend to go well together while Spongebob and Squidward is always a win.

You forgot the girls, I found that they also had good parallels to the male characters (often Lily w/Gonard and Mitsuki w/ Mikey).

Robin and Cyborg (Teen Titans)

Really, alot of TT characters had good chemistry. Robin and Starfire, Robin and Raven, Beast Boy and Raven, Beast Boy and Terra, Raven and Terra, Robin and Slade...the list goes on.

Kim and Ron (Kim Possible)
Robin and Cyborg (Teen Titans)
Cyborg and Beast Boy (Teen Titans) These I agree with. Finally, some one from my era. :p
Kim and Ron can't be beat, and all the Teen Titans are great together.

Jane and the DragonHow charaters interact, is what makes a show work.

Some shows don't find this, like Teenage Robot (which is only good when all of the characters interact)

Fox & Crow. They obviously have great chemistry if they can manage their own series for a couple decades without a single supporting character. Not to mention rarely have a 3rd character walk in. Fox & Crow probaly have the greatest chemistry of any duo.

Fox & Crow.

Ok, even I have to ask, who the heck is Fox and Crow.

Fox & Crow were a pair of characters created for the early days of the now defunct UPA studio. The execs worked with Fox & Crow under duress, as they really wanted to make an alternative to funny animal pictures, but nonetheless they employed F&C to get their collective foot in the door, before they began working on the kinds of shorts that they wanted create, such as Mr. Magoo and Gerald McBoing-Boing.

Carl and Meatwad from Aqua Teen have the best moments together, it's such a shame they aren't paired together that often. Their interactions in the episode where the Aqua Teens go on vacation is especially hilarious. Just as the time Carl babysat Meatwad.

Cartman and Butters from South Park is a much more obvious choice. Simply watch 'Casa Bonita', 'Awesom-O' or 'Jared Has Aides' to see some of the best jokes and character interaction on the show.

I'm gonna throw in a curve ball here and say Homer and Millhouse from The Simpsons is one of my favorite duos. Any scene these two are in together, I never fail to laugh. It doesn't matter the episode or context, something about the two conversing or interacting never fails to make me laugh.

Zoidberg and Hermes from Futurama is another sorta odd choice, but damn are they funny together. Hermes just hates him SO much and Zoidberg just wants attention SO bad, they always have some memorable interactions. "That's coming out of YOUR pay!" lol.

I might list more later, but that's all I can think of now.

Mmmm, I was kinda hoping for some more obscure choices. I'm seeing alot of examples of relationships that relitivly EVERYONE likes.

eh whatever.

TMNT 2003 Mikey and Raph

Rocko's Modern Life: Mr Bighead and Rocko/Heffer and Filbert/Heffer and his family

ATHF: Carl and Master Shake/Carl and Frylock/Carl and Mooninites/ATHF and Ezekel

That's what I'm talkin' about!! I love all of these aswell, although Cartman/Butters tend to be kinda repetitive.

And basically the series was about the Crow outfoxing the Fox (as per the Aesop fable "The Fox and the Crow".) My dad had some comics based on the cartoon. They didn't strike me as being terribly funny. The Fox was a patsy constantly duped out of his cash by the Crow. I have never actually seen the animated version, however.

Robin and Slade?!?
As for European cartoons, you forgot Code Lyoko and Totally Spies

No offfense, but the thread should've been titled "Sidekicks: They Rode Together."

I thought June, Jody and Ophelia from "Juniper Lee" had great chemistry: the sugary sweet idealist (Jody), the straight woman (June), and the cynical realist (Ophelia). I think it worked a lot more than the team up we got constantly (June, Ray Ray and Monroe). I really wish we saw more of it...

Well, yeah like I said before I wanted to hear some OBSCURE relationships that individuals like in their favorite shows not the same basic relationships over and over.

Joseph and Hank Hill from King Of The Hill are a great pair together. Joseph is the awkward teen with no social skills and Hank is the uptight "normal" guy. It always leads to the most interesting interactions on the show.

Much like Bobby and Bill. This is definitely the weirdest duo on the show, as they seem to act COMPLETELY different towards each other than anyone else. I always have to watch episodes with these two paired together more than once just to try to understand their chemistry as characters together.

KOTH is the best with character chemistry.

you call this a "god chemistry" thread, yet you fail to mention mindy and buttons, slappy and skippy,or rita and runt? those are my picks simply for the following.

slappy and skippy-any animaniacs fan out there will tell you that "who's on stage" was one of their best skits ever.

rita and runt-yeah,it's basicly following the smart/dumb formula,it's all good. (OT,bernadette peters has an awesome voice)

mindy and buttons-how they stayed fresh but still used the same structure for their shorts I'll never know.

Well I never liked Mindy & Buttons. That was always one of my least favorite segments in Animaniacs. I would typically change the channel whenever M&B came on, but I agree with you about R&R and especially S&S.

yeah,I never liked them either,it was just the same plot every time, but the other two segments were possibly the best in the series(including the warners). also, another combination I found was sonic and tails from basicly any sonic cartoon the twosome appeared in.

Die Flandermaus and American Maid along with
Die Flandermaus and Sewer Urchin

DF and AM are have a really funny relationship since it is as if both were dating but broke up and DF still holds a flame to AM which bring very funny situations in the tick
