Looking to identify Disney "A Christmas Carol" movie

Hey everybody,

when I was kid, I had a Disney version of Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" on tape, featuring Scrooge McDuck as Ebenezer Scrooge, Donald as his nephew and Mickey Mouse as his overworked,underpaid assistant. Many other Disney mainstays made appearances as well, but I guess you get the gist.

I sadly do not own the tape anymore and have been unsucessful in my attempts to identify and locate this great piece of Dinsney animation. So, I was wondering if any of you could offer any help. It would be greatly appreciated!

The VHS release of Mickey's Christmas Carol is available on Amazon.Com. The only DVD release of MCC that I know of is on Classic Cartoon Favorites, Vol. 9-Classic Holiday Stories, which is also available on Amazon.

Mickey's Christmas Carol can also be found on Volume Two of Mickey Mouse in Living Color, but this can be hard to find. It was also a part of "Mickey's Magical Christmas: Snowed in at the House of Mouse." but this is also not very easy to find now either.

I have on "Snowed in at the House of Mouse", but I'm sure that it would be re-released again. It is quite popular.

One of the best Disney specials ever, it relaunched the careers of the classic Disney characters including the first appearance of Mickey Mouse in a new cartoon in almost thirty years.

Mickey's Christmas Carol is one of my favorite holiday specials (along with Rankin-Bass' Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and Frosty the Snowman specials,and Charlie Brown's Christmas).....it's also my favorite "A Christmas Carol" adaption (much as I love the original book/play)...I love the animation,and the casting....

I have the special on tape(along with a couple other specials I taped off TV a few years back),and have it on the "House of Mouse" holiday special DVD...

I think it'd be neat if Disney did other specials like this ala the Muppets (casting their well-known characters in different roles)....though,Kingdom Hearts does it to an extent....

I love that special. I have it on Snowed in At the House of Mouse DVD.
That was one of the first DVDs I got. I'm sure when Christmas comes again they'll release it.
