<a href="http://www.comicon.com/newsarama">Comic Newsarama</a> recently talked to DC Coordinating Editor Ivan Cohen about some upcoming Secret Files special coming in 2002. In June, Batgirl will be getting the Secret Files treatment. Below is a excerpt from the report:
"Finally, there's June's Batgirl Secret Files, the first time the character has gotten the Secret Files treatment. The art for the cover and most of the profile pages is by the incredible - and highly underrated, if you ask me - Batgirl team of Damion Scott and Robert Campanella, and the lead story and profile-page text are all written by Batgirl's original co-writer (and current writer of Batman: Gotham Adventures) Scott Peterson.
“The lead story is drawn by Birds Of Prey cover artist Phil Noto and Robert Campanella and details the current Batgirl's career to-date, including her relationship with former Batgirl (now Oracle) Barbara Gordon.
“Barbara has a big presence in this issue in profile pieces by the Batgirl: Year One team of Marcos Martin and Alvaro Lopez, and an Oracle piece by Alitha Martinez and Mick Gray, as well as in a 4-pager by Scott Peterson with art by the Swamp Thing team of Giuseppe Camuncoli and Cameron Stewart, in which Cassandra (the modern Batgirl) faces the classic Silver Age Batgirl in a computer-simulated face-off. "
