Yes Folks, it's time again for another rousing Olympic Celebration!!

And for the first time since the Summer Games in Atlanta... we can watch the games as they occur!!

I don't know about the rest of you guys, but there's just something about the Olympics that makes me go crazy... Go USA!! Wooohoo!!!

...now if there was only a way I could get out to Utah... cuz the way things are looking, who knows when I'm ever gonna have a chance to go to the Games...

2004 - Athens
2006 - Turino
2008 - Beijing

In 2010, Vancouver is up for a spot, but what are the chances that it'd happen...

I'd also love to run the torch, if only once... ah, to dream...

Go U S A !!!

There losing lots of money on the olympics. They have hundreds of thousands of empty seats. Obviously people are too afraid to go.......

Not to mention the rabid anti-Americanism of the IOC. The only they like about the USA is the dollar bill in all its denominations. I won't have anything to do with the five-ring circus anymore.

The olympics has turned from a showcase of athletic excellence to a big schehe for a bunch of crooks to make tons of money of it.

Hmmm...of course there isn't anything anymore that isn't used to make money, but I still think that the Olympics are good for a little patriotism. I always love rooting for the U.S. teams.

The olympics are too commercial. Instead of showing most of /all of the events like in the olden days, (Circa 1980's) All they do now is crappy-ass presentations and events, and only cover the 10 most popular sports with any sort of detail. So basically, I hardly ever watch them, especially the winter olympics. Figure skating? What the hell is this? Not a sport.

Bah, I hate the Olympics, they bore the hell out of me. Also, when did figure skating become a sport? I don't think I know anyone who really watchs this stuff anymore.

I remeber watching the 2000 summer games and every five minutes they would cut into the coverage for commericals.
