Did anyone read this series?
If you ask me it was the worst comic series I read in 2001...
It's hard to understand why she is a fan favorite...
I honestly don't think that she had ever read a Ghost Rider comic in her life...
Please all of you who have read the series I want to hear your comments on the series good or bad.

I read the preview in Wizard and was unimpressed so I did not pick up the series. At best, the artwork was good for eye candy, but it's not what we deseved after the long absence of Ghost Rider from comics. I am hoping that they do something great with this character for the Max line up. I don't know if they have any plans in that regard, but I can sure hope!

I read the first 3 issues. Now, generally, if I start a miniseries I'll finish it. This one I didn't. Bad art, bad story, bad price. I don't even care what happened in the last 3 issues.
Grayson writes a mean GK. And her Nightwing stories are generally pretty good. But GR was just baaaad.

I am a HUGE fan of Ghost Rider. I was a loyal reader of the "Dan Ketch" series from issue 1 all through out the crossovers and then the bitter end when it was cancelled and it's last issue never came out. I loved that series so much. The heros were great (Vengeance), the villians were just plain awesome (Blackout and Deathwatch). I even got a letter printed in issue number 42! I was happy to see that we found out who Ghost Rider really was at the end, that he was a person named Noble Kale who witnessed his wife be burned at the stake cause she was accused of being a witch and then he himslef was murdered after watching her death. At least we got that much and I thought that story was handled really well. I wasn't really thrilled with how they handled Ghostie's return in Spider-Man like 3 months later. At least Javier Salteres got to draw that issue.
I had thought that some questions would be answered in Devin Grayson's series, but none were. There was no explanation what so ever about how Ghost Rider left Dan Ketch and ended up with John Blaze again. The story was bad, and the art was OK, but being a loyal GR fan, I had to finish it. In an interview I read, Grayson said that if the series continued, the Dan Ketch question would be addressed, but I haven't heard any news out of Marvel if a continuation is gonna happen. I agree that GR would make a great Max title. Here's to hoping someone in the future will handle this title the right way next time.
And I have to mention this... everytime I read some news about the Ghost Rider movie, I get sooooo excited. This movie will eventually happen, it's just a matter of time.
