Ichijo/Old Geezer/salamanders(Pani Poni Dash!) - As a fan of PPD!, that Ichijo girl cracks me up with her doing alot of hilarious weird random things most of the time since she is the most weirdest.
Mr.2/Wanze/Fukurou/Kaku(One Piece)
Ichigo's dad(Bleach)
Yellow Monkey(Ape Escape 2/3) - I'm curious if that weird monkey is female?

You know, a thread like this is absolutely worthless if you don't include descriptions of the characters you name and an explanation as to why you believe they're weird - especially considering just how bizarre an animated character can get. I mean, what makes Master Roshi weirder than Buu or Gregory or Saibamen?

And people like myself who barely qualify as anime fans might want to know who some of these characters are. I've only seen a fourth of shows named.

Not rally so much as charteristics of "weridness", more like charateristics of "incompentence". Unless you count James dressing up as a girl a few times, now I would consider him werid.
