I have a long list of great ones:

Sorcerer's Apprentice
Dance of the Hours
Mr. Duck Steps Out
Lucky Day
Donald and Pluto
Motor Mania
Aquamania
Band Concert
Three Little Pigs
Steamboat Willie
Plane Crazy
Karnival Kid
Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree
Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day
Thru the Mirror
Geri's Game
For the Birds
Der Fuehrer's Face
Mickey's Christmas Carol
...

5 seems too small of a number. To me it seems a shame not to include shorts in feature films and Pixar shorts with the Disney classics. I would have to say Sorcerer's Apprentice is the best however. My favorites are Thru the Mirror, Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree, and Mr. Duck Steps Out however.

I'm having trouble coming up with five.....though I do like the Mickey's Christmas Carol holiday special, and the Sorcerer's Apprentice segment of Fantasia....I'm not sure why,but I've never been that fond of most of Disney's short cartoons (Donald Duck's usually pretty good for a laugh,though).....As far as short cartoons go,I much prefer the Looney Tunes characters....
