I went with the Joker :D Mark Hamill does such a good job. I always liked it when "Mr. J" made an apperance. (That and Penguin looked like "Batman Returns" still :( )

Although he is by no means my favorite villain, I voted for Mr. Freeze. But the poll asked who my favorite BTAS character was, and that is Mr Freeze, without a contest. The episodes Heart of Ice and Deep Freeze portrayed Freeze as a man who was doing these things in hopes to save his wife; love drove him to his crimes.

Not that I find anything wrong with the other villains or characters, but Mr. Freeze is a character that I could understand if my wife were in a similar situation. He's got a noble motive, regardless of the means he uses to achieve his ends.

Batman. The BTAS version was quite possibly one of the best interperetations of the character ever. It made him my favorite superhero, which also means he's my favorite in the show. :p

Batman is definately my favorite superhero, but the Joker just cracks me up. He's smart, funny, and I love his voice ;)
