Here's a Static Shock questions that needs answering.

In the Romeo episode, how the hell does Romeo blast whoever was the bad guy with electric volts at the very end. I don't get it. I haven't seen the episode in a while, but I clearly remember the entire point that they won in the end was Romeo blasting the guy with electric shocks. Is that just me going nuts? Can someone explain the ending for me?

Yup. It was a stage prop, as I recall.

It was a stage prop, but it definitely wasn't as powerful as Static's powers. IIRC, it was just a tiny shock but it worked because Leech was soaked with water from the sprinklers.
