Rumbling Hearts was about a coma patient, but To Heart is just coma-inducing.

Ooooh, burn. That is one harsh review, I wouldn't even give this a rent now. Its really a shame how shows of this type are subpar more often than not.

To Heart 2 takes place at the same school but has all new characters. I haven't seen it yet (its on the list). It is a sequel-spinoff.

To Heart ~Remember My Memories~ is the sequel to To Heart. I considered it a "rent" title only if you liked To Heart.
