So the basic rundown:

Anniversary is gonna be split up as a free download for Croft Manor and 4 Episodes. All of these require Tomb Raider:Legend to work. Total price for all for Eps is 2400 or $30 dollars, which is the same price as the PS2 version. First 2 eps are available in September and the other 2 at a later date. Those who didn't buy or already traded in Legend will have to wait later for a disc/retail version at a later date.

HUZZUH! I just happened to repurchase Legend to finish off some achievements. Looks like I'm keeping it. Anniversary looks like an awesome game. Can't wait to download those episodes

I've got it for PS2. Getting achievements would be nice, but I really don't want to mess around with episode downloads.

This seems dumb. Why not just release it on a disc as a regular game? I rented Legend on PS2 a long time ago and beat it. It was a great game, but too short with very little replayability for me to buy it for the 360. I get Microsoft trying to use Marketplace to its fullest potential, but this is gonna backfire on them eventually. What about all those fans that don't have live?

Then they can wait for the disc when it eventually comes out later this year. It's not online exclusive. Live folks will just get it first, if they want.
