A poster at the <a href="http://forums.toonzone.net">Toon Zone Forums</a> has posted up this image. The image is of the DVD itself for Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker - The Original, Uncut Edition. The poster "Adam Tyner" says the image came from Jeremy Conrad, an editor at <a href="http://ign.com">IGN</a>. Below is the disc image:

Note that the MPAA rating for the movie is PG-13! The Canadian rating is simply PG, the same rating as the edited version.
<b><font color="red">Update:</b></font color="red"> The MPAA has updates their site with the reason for the PG-13 rating: "Rated PG-13 for violence". Pretty cut & dry.
It looks like that WB may now actually be using different cover art, possibly, according to the artwork on the disc. At the very least, WB will put Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker - The Original, Uncut Version on the packaging, like on the disc.
