Harley survived that fall.
I just re-watched BB-ROTRJ again since it first came out, sorry I never followed any discussions on it, still thought it was funny though. :p

I personally thought Harley's survival to be a major copout. It provided a little bit of nod and wink humor and tied the twins to the past, but I thought it was a little bit too kid-oriented and contrived. She should have stayed dead.

Maybe if she had aged a little better. It’d been easier to accept.

The reason she survived, was the "Fault" of Paul Dini.
If any of you listened to the commentary over ROTJ:edited, you'll notice how they talk about that. Timm said he talked to Dini about it, and Dini put up a big fuss, but, weaved her back into the story, because she was "his baby" and he didn't want her to die..
ah that commentary was a hoot..:)

Hmm, I've noticed that the people on Dini/Timm shows don't seem to age well. I mean Babs aged terribly, Bruce aged terribly, Tim looked pretty old for a 50 year old. It doesn't look well for DG wherever he is. ;)

Yeah but nobody really dies in comics and stuff anyway. I think it was cool that she was alive and never showed up as Harley Quinn again. She actually reformed. As much as I love her as Harley I always sorta felt bad after the way things went in "Harley's Holiday." So I'm glad she got that chance again to live without Joker jerking her around.

Yeah but in "The Call" Superman looked all right. Why do we assume that Superman will age so well? He reached adulthood at the normal rate, but in any future DC universe he's the same old Superman with gray hair on the sides.

its quickly becoming cannon that the Last Son of Krypton is immortal and in all probability all-powerful (or at least could be) for that matter he could join the Quinticessence someday
also it looked like the city of metropolis aged quite well =)

At least they didn't use the original Bruce Wayne design. That was disturbing.

Hey, BB is some 40 years in the future. I don't think they look any worse than they should. I mean isn't that what people in their 60's (Barbara) and 70's (Bruce) are supposed to look like? So 50-ish Tim had a little bit of flab and grey hair, I think that's pretty typical. At least he wasn't balding.
Besides, how many 70-year-olds do you know that can still judo flip someone? To bad he's got that bad ticker.

That Harley joke was great. So she doesn't die at the end...so what? ROTJ was still a fantastic story with good nods to our favorite heroes/villians. I took it in stride.

Physically they've aged pretty well, but for someone like TNBA Babs to go to BB Babs, you could hardly tell they were the same person at one point!

Sorry, when I saw that, I just.... look "brrr." is an understatment. That gave my chillbumbs chills. :o
Whose to say geriatric Selina Kyle would wanna hook up with that guy in the medicine line? Reminicing about how [explentive deleted]ing fine that SoB used to be. Whoo that boy was gorgeous! He sweat cologne, now he looks like he could fart dust! That was horrible,... I take back everything I ever said about the older Bruce. I screamed when the show premiered and they showed him in the civilized way, I couldn't even talk when I saw that!
