You would think by now Saya would not accept invitations from strangers/things.

Last time: Saya gets Min's pretty dress all ripped up.
Funny as this sounds, I missed that accent last week.
Hey look! A swift boat...full of veterans...for truth! Ha ha ha!!!
They're trying to break out with the Vienna Boys' Choir?
And now, Ms. O'Reilly's third grade class' re-enactment of the Battle of Pearl Harbor.
You Chiropterans sure start young!
It's 4:00 in the morning. Do you know what your children are?

Blood+ is one of those few shows where you have to watch in order to make sure the title of the episode is correct.

Is that really Dave Wittenburg? He sounds a little different here.

Well at least the two plots are finally merging together...rather interestingly.

EDIT: I was able to sleep last night! I'm glad I was. And no.. even though I like EL, I never watch it close to the time I go to bed.

Holy crap really. That's all I can think of. It felt like EL + Silent Hill meets Children of the Corn or something. Definitely awesome at the end, and "Wolfwood" slapping that demon-baby's head off was too awesome.

I am breaking my TZ Haitus for a few moments so I can share my quick thoughts because it is really bothering me.

Solomon looks so much like Tamaki from Ouran Highschool, that I am expecting the rest of the Host Club boys to pop out of no where with guns over their shoulders shooting down those nasty monsters.
why?
because Saya can't do it her damn self.
jeez girl.

Damn you, Umbrella Corporation!
Wow, I was wondering when the V in the rating would come into play in this episode. The episode was going along at its typical (slow) pace, then we get one nasty battle towards the end of the episode.

Wow. After skipping like, every episode but the first couple, I must say this was an awesome episode. I loved the intensity with Saya and the memories coming back, sucks that I have to wait a week for the next episode.
Might actually stick to this series now.

After a bunch of slow episodes, I believe this series has started to pick up again. Those creatures were creepy. And yes Sam, Solomon does have a resemblence to Tamaki from Ouran Highschool.

You know at the begining of this eppy I thought I might be wrong, that saya real wasn't going to go all emo on us. BUT NO! I was right after all and this great eppy ended with saya going all emo and whineing about how she can't fight.
Also, in a horror movie/show where you see strange kids shoot first and ask questions latter. "Oh no, what have you done! Its just a kid." Well, its about to be a dead kid in a second!

Huh..... chibi-chiroptera......huh.
Even with the encumbrance you really would think, considering they know what they're going up against, that one person would be packin' a flame-thrower.

Don't they know besides a shotgun that the best weapon against the undead is a flame-thrower. :anime: Well, at least they got the shotgun part right. The guys with shotgun seems the only one thats alright. :)

That's what I thought too. Damn, I hate it when little kids turn zombie on us.
Well, it looks like this arc is coming to a climax. A very bloody climax, I might add. Hopefully they'll explain more about Diva and Delta 67 next week. They seem pretty important to the plot.

Not as enticing as I had hoped when I heard it being one of the series best eps. More like one of Saya's worst episodes (at least freaking out/emotionally) and the ep we finally see more of Kai and Riku (why do I have a feeling Kai's going to show up at the most/least inopporune moment for Saya next time around) and get more advanced with that plot. Still it seemed like a whole lot more then mainly confusing talks the first 3/4 of the episode. "We need to get Deva which is this thing we need and we got people to help hunt with us." "Saya may go postal due to her past that we're still not telling her all of even when she asks". "I am le french men and I as you say am most angered at my power in this operation going le awry". I mean the last part was good with the "mice" kids attacking our team and Saya not being able to fight due to the memories haunting her but otherwise kind of eh this go around.

Yup, hit 'em with the flames, then a good solid head-shot with a shotgun so the good guys aren't charged by a bunch of flaming fleshy masses, and then start screaming "Regenerate now Hello-chirop!".

Wow that was a fantastic episode, the part where Hagi swiped off that demon babies head was one of the most badass things ever! Also, I'm very relieved to find out that I wasn't the only one thinking that guy looked just like Tamaki

I dunno, EL really had nothing that made me cringe, then again Blood+ didn't either.
Allthough I find the ammount of girly men in this series way over the normal limit considering the subject matter

Saya's not freaking out because of the mutating kids (well, yea, she's freaking out, but that's not the main cause of her not fighting), it's because of the song that's being sung, which is bringing back all those memories from Vietnam that she still can't wrap her mind around.

Isn't that the case with like, over 50% of the soliders from the Vienam war? Doing things that trigger they're minds of the events that happened in Nam and causing them to freak out remembering what they did? In which case Saya's mutated weapon for the sake of fighting angst is also coupled with fallen solider having to remember the past angst and that's a combination of sour that's probably not going to be solved in full earnest for awhile. Till maybe like the end of the series at this rate.
